Just finished another course on how to find motivated buyers, bought it for 97 bucks. Well, I am all about finding buyers for my real estate deals, and I have spent thousands of dollars on various courses over the past year or so. Anyway, the whole thing was all nice and had a bunch of videos. And after going through it all, I have to say that it was all nice and had a bunch of videos. That\’s it. Worthless when it comes to the reality of selling houses in today\’s market.
