Finding real estate deals to wholesale can be difficult for some one just beginning in real estate today. However I must tell you that right now in this current economy deals are not hard to find if you know what you are looking for, the real skill is in finding buyers for deals, but that is another story.
Now I want to cover easy way to find real estate deals to wholesale. I am going to assume you have a buyers list I want to go on record that I believe building a list first the way you must start investing.
With your list in place all you have to do is find the deals, this is really the easy part. Many investors know how to find deals but can’t sell them so your job is to find these investors and the deals will follow.
this is what you need to do, Google or yahoo search for real estate clubs in your area. Network with them and then call all the Realtor in the phone book and ask for Investors contact info that they know and network with them. IF you will actually do this, and most people will not (that is why it is such a good technique) you will eventually make some contacts with people and have plenty of deals to pitch to your buyers list.
get an agreement to sell the other investors deals and pitch them out. Also use those properties to market with and continue to build your buyers list. Your buyers list is the most important asset that you can build and will be worth thousands to you in the long run.
