Colleagues might enter a gourmet kitchen and be challenged with creating a meal. Their judge could be a gourmet chef or food critic. Work in two or three groups to build working go-karts and then race one another. Conduct a massive treasure hunt around the city.
An event leader might drop members of smaller teams into a forest, providing only basic supplies and a compass so that they can find their way out.
